11.00 a.m.        The Lord Mayor & Lady Mayoress will be paying a courtesy visit to the Shandon area

• Meet with the Butter Exchange Band who will perform  on the Plaza at the end of Shandon Street
• Lord Mayor will then proceed up Shandon Street and greet people in around the shops
• A Presentation will be made to the Lord Mayor in Cathedral Credit Union on behalf of the Shandon Business Association
• The Lord Mayor will then proceed to the top of Shandon Street near the North Cathedral and greet the public
• Light refreshments in the Craft Centre

11.00 a.m.        Attend Photocall with Ford & “Go Car” – at Anglesea Street, City Hall

7.00 p.m.         Attend Official Opening of an historical Exhibition marking the Bicentenary of the Cathedral of St. Mary & St. Anne – at the Cork City & County Archives, Blackpool

3.30 p.m.         Receive Members of the “Dublin Taverners Cricket Team” for courtesy visit – in the Lord Mayor’s Chamber

5.00 p.m.         Attend Cork Parks Tennis Presentation of Prizes & Certificates on Finals Day to Tennis Coach Trainees – at Sunday’s Well Tennis Club, Mardyke

7.45 p.m.         Attend Dinner to mark the retirement of Assistant Commissioner Ray McAndrew having completed over 40 years distinguished service in An Garda Síochána – at the Rochestown Park Hotel
