In each chapter the guide answers some of the main questions you might have and sources of further information are listed in each section. However, there are also a number of general information sources which are very helpful and can help with a broad range of queries.
Citizens Information Centres (CICs) provide free, impartial and confidential information on all aspects of public services and entitlements. They are open to everyone regardless of nationality or status.
