Affordable Housing Schemes

Cork City Council is currently developing / acquiring housing units for sale under the Affordable Housing Schemes, under which houses will be made available for sale at less than market value. These houses will be provided at numerous locations throughout all parts of the city.

Cork City Council now wishes to invite applications for inclusion on a points based priority list by which housing units will be allocated.

The allocation of points will have regard to a number of criteria including family composition, income and ability to repay, amongst others.

Interested parties are asked to request a form to declare their interest either by telephone at 021 / 4924512 021 / 4924244 or by post to Room 49, Central Fire Station, Anglesea Street, Cork. The form may also be downloaded from the website.
