A division of COPE foundation, which has recently been refurbished and upgraded.

Projecting a new image in the local community gives a sense of vibrancy, energy and impetus to a place with history. This is especially true when the new image is associated with a beautifully refurbished building and a new name. Quality Developmental Services (QDS) replaced the previous name of HELP Industries in 2003. The newly refurbished building includes a large shop area with accompanying cafeteria for those wishing to browse and buy from our finely-finished woodwork and crafted materials.
