Doctoral Degree for Cork City Council Officer Eileen O'Leary

Dr. Eileen O'Leary, Webmaster, IS Department, Cork City Council, was guest of honour of the Lord Mayor, Cllr Seán Martin, following her graduation with a PhD (Commerce) from University College Cork. The Doctoral Degree was awarded at the Winter Conferrings at University College Cork for original research on Local Governance in Ireland. Dr. O'Leary's Thesis is entitled 'Local Governance in Action - A Case Study of the Cork City Development Board'.
