High tides, which if coincident with South Easterly winds and Low Barometric pressure could give rise to flooding, are due at Cork on the following days and times:
Saturday 17/09/05 05.58 p.m.
Sunday 18/09/05 06.19 a.m. 06.43 p.m.
Monday 19/09/05 07.01 a.m. 07.23 p.m.
Tuesday 20/09/05 07.42 a.m. 08.02 p.m.
The present weather forecast does not give cause for concern. However, in the event of a deterioration in the weather forecast for this period it is possible that flooding may occur in the low lying areas of the City Centre, Sawmill Street, Cotter Street and Stable Lane areas. Precautionary measures should, therefore, be taken to protect property.
