Management Services

The Management Services Department promotes the improved use of resources to achieve the objectives and goals of the organisation. Management Services is a general support facility which assists in the development of operational requirements and procedures.

The activities of this section include:

  • General support and advice to departmental/directorate development programmes
  • Organisation and methods support to management on a service wide basis
  • Provision of industrial engineering/work-study services
  • Planning, control and development of office accommodation, relocation and refurbishment
  • Inter-departmental activity co-ordination assistance.
