Cork Strategic Retail Study
A Retail Study was commissioned by both Cork City & County Councils. A joint strategy was prepared by Roger Tym Consultants and has been adopted into both Council’s Development Plans. The Strategy forms the agreed basis on which each authority will formulate appropriate development plan objectives or policies for retail development in its area and will be used in the determination of applications for planning permission.
