Tenants Handbook

As part of the Housing Department’s Strategic Plan 2000-2004, Cork City Council is anxious to bring about a clear understanding of the relationship between tenants and the Housing Department.

To help in achieving this, a Tenants Handbook has been prepared and published which sets out the respective areas of responsibility of both the tenant and the City Council as landlord. The handbook answers many of the questions most frequently asked by tenants, gives information about other housing options and also provides a list of useful telephone numbers.
