In order to access the extended guide you must have the Adobe Acrobat plugin. The documents may be downloaded to your hard drive and read using the Acrobat plugin. Alternatively, you can right click (click and hold the button down for Apple Macintosh) and select the 'save link as' option and save the file to your hard drive.
